The Google logo was originally created by a man named Sergey Brin in 1988. The colors in the original logo were just primary colors, but weren't put in order, instead they put a secondary color on the "l" to show that Google doesn't follow the rules. This original logo kept it's same properties until around 2010, where they "O" an orange color instead of the yellow color that it had before. They also have always used the original font of Baskerville Bold for the font for the Google logo, but they did a rendered shadowing style.
